  If I could put 0 stars, I would. I had a terrible experience a couple of years back when I had a tooth out under sedation and it went horrifically wrong! Not good for someone who is deeply terrified of the dentist. Firstly, they attempted to cannulate me 5 times with the same needle! Then I came round as they were mid pulling out my tooth which was absolute agony. After this traumatic experience, I shared my views on Facebook and as one of the staff members was a 'friend' of mine on Facebook, my post got back to the practice manager (although surely this was a breach of data protection?!) and on the same day that I received poor treatment, I was kicked out of the practice because I had 'upset' the dentist. Fast forward 3 years....I finally pluck up the courage to find another dentist who tells me that due to the amount of teeth I had removed at this practice, it has now ruined my front teeth and I face losing all my teeth before I'm 30 due to the pressure being placed on my remaining teeth. Had I known that this was going to be a problem, I would have reported them when I had the chance as after 1 year, complaints are not investigated. I am now stuck with a pretty horrific decision to make about my remaining teeth and a bill of £2000 upwards thanks to Congleton Dental Centre. My advice to anyone.....avoid at all costs!

  What a joke of a place. I have broken my back tooth and I am in so much pain a feel physically sick so I ring to get an emergency appointment only to be told that there are 500 people in front of me in the que! Here's an idea, employ more dentists you utter morons! That's not going to happen as that seems like a simple solution. Absolute joke!
